Are bulky goods the same as bulk goods?

No connection beyond the spelling. Bulk goods are unpackaged commodities moved loose in quantity — grain, cement, aggregates, fuel — priced by tonne or cubic volume and carried in tankers, silos, or tipper vehicles. Bulky goods are packaged items occupying disproportionate space. A tanker of diesel is bulk. A crated pinball machine is bulky.
