Is a delivery date the day it arrives?

The delivery date is the scheduled arrival date — not always the day the goods physically arrive. On time-definite express services, the scheduled date and the actual arrival date match when the service performs. On standard services with estimated dates, the actual arrival may fall one or two days after the estimate without constituting a carrier failure under the service terms.
