How heavy is a flat concrete slab for transport?

A flat concrete slab weight is calculated from its dimensions multiplied by the density of standard reinforced concrete — 2,400 kg per cubic metre. A slab measuring 2 m × 1 m × 0.15 m weighs 720 kg. A slab measuring 3 m × 1.5 m × 0.20 m weighs 2,160 kg. The gross weight declared at booking must include the slab weight plus any load placed on or secured to it.
