What happens if the receiver cannot unload the delivery?

If the receiver cannot unload, the vehicle waits from the point of arrival. A free-waiting window applies from that moment — the duration is confirmed at the booking stage for the service selected. After that window, waiting time is charged per additional interval. If unloading cannot be completed, the consignment returns to the carrier's depot and re-delivery is scheduled, adding at least 1 business day and a re-delivery charge to the original booking cost.
