Configure your cargo specs, verify European transit routes, and initiate direct carrier dispatch with complete end-to-end reliability.
Shipment size decides the service, from envelopes and boxes to pallets, part loads, and full trailers.
Envelopes and boxes
Envelopes and boxes travel through carrier hub networks, with a tracking reference on every piece. Parcels go up to 70 kg per piece, documents are signed for on arrival, and express or same-day options cover tight deadlines.
Pallets and trailers
Goods above parcel weight move on pallets or in trailers. Euro pallets of 120 × 80 cm go by pallet network, and a full 13.6 m trailer holds up to 33 Euro pallets. FTL drives straight to the receiver; LTL charges only for the loading metres used.
Dedicated and recurring
A dedicated van gives one consignment its own vehicle, for furniture, exhibition stands, and fragile equipment. Companies with regular volume set up recurring dispatch, B2B distribution, and returns.
Shipments are arranged in 4 steps. A licensed carrier moves the goods, and Go Trans handles the booking.
Collection address, delivery address, weight, dimensions, and deadline.
The lane, consignment type, and deadline decide which partner takes the booking.
Collection is door-to-door, with delivery to the receiving address.
The carrier reference tracks the shipment from collection until signed delivery.
The broker books and coordinates; the carrier drives the goods and holds CMR liability.
DSV, DHL, DPD, UPS, and FedEx carry every shipment. Each partner brings a different strength, such as dense parcel hubs, express links, or road freight capacity, and each consignment goes to the network that fits it.

Delivery covers 29 countries: all 27 EU member states, the United Kingdom, and Türkiye. Goods moving between EU member states cross no customs border.
Belgium is the home market, with domestic delivery and export lanes. France, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg also receive same-day delivery over short cross-border runs. Collection days and lane conditions differ per country.
Main lanes from Belgium
Shipments to and from the United Kingdom need export and import customs declarations after Brexit. Go Trans runs UK shipping as a separate service, with commercial invoice and EORI support for parcels, pallets, and freight.
Businesses and private senders book through the same process, and no business account is required.
Small companies without a logistics department book one-off and recurring consignments through the same form.
Private senders moving a single box or household items get door-to-door collection.
Both groups receive the same price structure.
The price combines the base rate, a diesel surcharge indexed to the European Commission Oil Bulletin, and applicable road tolls. It stays fixed once the shipment is booked.
Go Trans coordinates every claim with the carrier under CMR liability rules. A claim starts with:
